Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and us about using Hunting Game. They are written to be read, not to be skipped. Where the law gives you rights as a consumer, nothing here takes them away.
Alongside these terms: the Privacy Policy explains what we do with your data, the Community Guidelines explain what you can and cannot do, and the End User Licence Agreement covers the app software itself.
If you buy Hunting Game Pro
A Pro subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and you are charged again, until you cancel it.
You cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings, not in Hunting Game. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; if you cancel later, the cancellation applies to the period after next.
The price, the length of each period and the renewal date are all shown to you before you pay. Section 8 has the detail.
1. Who you are contracting with

| Enterprise number | 1023.130.363 |
| VAT number | BE 1023.130.363 |
| Address | Klein Amerika 1B, 9930 Lievegem, Belgium |

2. What Hunting Game is
Hunting Game is a real-world game played on your phone. Hunters try to find Runners using GPS. Runners try not to be found. There is a Supervisor role for people who want to watch.
These terms cover the mobile app, the Apple Watch companion, our servers, and hunting-game.com.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. When you sign in you confirm that you are. We do not verify your age.
If you are under 18, you may use Hunting Game only with the agreement of a parent or guardian, and they are responsible for your use of it. In Belgium and most other countries a minor cannot enter into a binding contract on their own, so if you are under 18 do not buy a subscription without your parent or guardian's agreement.
4. Your account
You sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a code sent to your email.
Keep your device and your sign-in method secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, unless someone got in through no fault of yours.
If you still have an old guest account and you link it to Apple, Google or email, everything on it moves across.
5. Safety — please read this one
Hunting Game sends you out into the real world to run around. That is the fun of it and it is also the risk.
- Do not use Hunting Game while driving, cycling, or doing anything else that needs your attention.
- Look where you are going. The game shows you a map; it does not show you traffic, water, cliffs, or people.
- Do not trespass, do not enter private property or restricted areas, and do not break the law to win a game.
- Do not play somewhere unsafe, and stop if a place feels wrong.
- GPS is approximate. Positions, distances and headings can be wrong, late, or missing entirely. Never rely on Hunting Game for navigation, in an emergency, or for anything where being wrong matters.
Your location is shared with the other players in your game, and anyone with the game's join code can watch the game live on our website without an account. Only play with people you are happy to share your location with, and only give the join code to those people.
6. How you may behave
The full list is in the Community Guidelines. In short: do not harass, threaten or abuse anyone, do not impersonate anyone, do not cheat (including faking your GPS position or automating play), do not attack or overload the service, do not misuse other players' personal information or their location, and do not use someone's friend code for anything other than being their friend.
7. Content you provide, and how we moderate it
What you provide. Your display name, your profile photo and your chat messages are yours. You are responsible for them, and you confirm you have the right to use them.
You keep ownership. You give us permission to store, copy, transmit and display that content only as far as we need to in order to run Hunting Game, keep it secure, and enforce these terms. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we cannot yet reach in backups.
Profile photos are stored at web addresses that are not password-protected. Anyone with the address can view the photo. Do not upload anything you would not want seen.
How moderation works. We do not monitor chat, and we do not read messages proactively. There is no automated content filtering and no algorithmic decision-making involved in moderation — everything below is done by a person.
Reporting content to us. If you see content or behaviour on Hunting Game that breaks these terms or the law, email contact@hunting-game.com with the word "Report" in the subject. Tell us what you saw, where (the game join code and roughly when helps a lot), the display name involved, and why you think it is a problem. Give us a way to reply. We will confirm we received it, review it without undue delay, and tell you what we decided and why. Reports made in bad faith may themselves lead to action against your account.
What we may do about it. In proportion to what happened, and with regard to your rights, we may: remove or hide content, reset a display name or photo, restrict a feature, suspend an account temporarily, or in serious or repeated cases terminate it.
We will tell you why. If we restrict your account or remove your content, we will tell you: what we did, what content or behaviour it concerned, the facts we relied on, the rule it broke, whether the decision was made by a person (it was), and how to challenge it.
Challenging a decision. Reply to our message, or email contact@hunting-game.com within 6 months, and a person will look at it again. If we got it wrong we will put it right. This is free. You can also go to court, and if you are an EU consumer you can use the out-of-court route in section 15.
Serious harm. If we ever become aware of information suggesting a criminal offence involving a threat to someone's life or safety, we will inform the relevant law enforcement or judicial authority.
8. Hunting Game Pro, payments and cancellation
We are not the shop. Pro is sold by Apple through the App Store and by Google through Google Play. They take your payment, they issue your receipt, and they handle refunds. We never see your card details.
Price and renewal. The price, the length of the period and the renewal terms are shown before you confirm the purchase. As set out in the box at the top of these terms, a subscription renews automatically and charges you again until you cancel.
How to cancel. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: the Google Play app → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Your right to change your mind. As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because Pro is digital content supplied immediately, you lose that right once supply has begun with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you are losing it — which is what the store asks you to confirm at purchase. Where the right still applies, exercise it through Apple or Google.
If Pro does not work as it should. You have a legal guarantee of conformity. If Pro is faulty or does not match what we described, tell us and we will fix it. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, or fixing it would cause you significant inconvenience, you are entitled to a proportionate reduction in price or to end the subscription and get an appropriate refund. These rights are free and are in addition to anything Apple or Google offer. Email contact@hunting-game.com.
Updates. We will supply the updates needed to keep Pro in conformity for as long as you are subscribed, and we will tell you about them.
Coins. Coins are an in-game currency. They are not money, cannot be bought with money, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are not refundable. If we ever discontinue coins we will give you reasonable notice and a fair opportunity to spend them. If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund any unused Pro time.
9. Changing these terms
We may change these terms where there is a good reason: a change in the law, a change in how Hunting Game works, a new feature, a security need, or a change in what our suppliers do.
If a change affects you in more than a trivial way, we will tell you in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect and say what is changing. If you do not accept it, you may stop using Hunting Game and close your account before the change takes effect, and if you have paid for Pro time you will not use, we will refund the unused part.
Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept it — but only for changes we told you about in advance as described here.
10. Changing the game itself
Hunting Game is a live game and we will keep changing it: new modes, new hacks, rebalanced rules, features that are removed because they did not work.
We will not make a change that substantially reduces what you paid for during a period you have already paid for, unless we have a valid reason, and where a change materially and negatively affects your access to or use of Pro we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and you may end the subscription and get a refund for the unused part.
Some features are marked experimental. Those may be unstable and may go away.
11. Stopping
You can stop at any time. Delete your account in Settings, or at hunting-game.com/account/delete.
We may suspend or terminate your account where you have seriously or repeatedly broken these terms, where it is necessary to protect other players or the service, or where the law requires it. Except where the breach is serious enough to make it unreasonable, or where the law prevents us, we will tell you first, say why, and give you a chance to put it right.
If we end an open-ended arrangement for any other reason, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any Pro time you have paid for and not used.
If your account ends, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your Hunting Game account does not cancel a subscription with Apple or Google — cancel that separately, as described in section 8.
12. What we promise, and what we do not
We will provide Hunting Game with reasonable care and skill, and we will supply it in conformity with these terms and with what we have described.
We cannot promise that the game will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that GPS positions, distances and headings will be accurate. It is a game played over mobile networks and satellite positioning, and both of those fail sometimes.
13. Responsibility for damage
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude. If you are a consumer, this includes our liability under the legal guarantee of conformity and under product liability law.
Subject to that, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss caused by something outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for what other players do, for what you decide to do while playing, or for the terms and services of Apple, Google, or the other companies listed in our subprocessor list.
Nothing in this section affects your rights as a consumer under Belgian and EU law, which cannot be signed away.
14. The software itself
Your right to install and use the Hunting Game app is granted by the End User Licence Agreement. Everything in Hunting Game other than your own content — the software, the design, the name and the artwork — belongs to us or to our licensors.
If you send us an idea or suggestion, we may use it without owing you anything. We are not asking you to send ideas, and we are not obliged to use them.
15. Law, courts and disputes
Talk to us first. Most problems are solved by emailing contact@hunting-game.com.
Out-of-court resolution. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve things between us, you can bring the dispute to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service, free of charge:
Consumentenombudsdienst / Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur
North Gate II, Koning Albert II-laan 8 bus 1, 1000 Brussels, Belgium
+32 2 702 52 20 — contact@consumentenombudsdienst.be — consumentenombudsdienst.be
We are not obliged to use this route, but we will engage with it in good faith.
Governing law. Belgian law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live — those continue to apply to you in full.
Courts. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim against us in the courts of the country where you live, or in the Belgian courts. We may only bring a claim against you in the courts of the country where you live. If you are not a consumer, the courts of Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Everything else
If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies, and the unenforceable part is treated as removed.
If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your account or your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours if Hunting Game is sold or reorganised, and we will tell you first; if that leaves you worse off, you may close your account and be refunded for unused Pro time.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines and the EULA, are the whole agreement between us about Hunting Game.
These terms are written in English. A translation, if we ever publish one, is for convenience only.
